About me: It's almost 20 years now when I discovered the passion for yoga practice in New York. What began as a hobby has become a vocation through my training as a yoga teacher in June 2015 in Bali. Skiing and yoga are a vibrant part of me and can be combined with my love for people in a wonderful way.
About my yoga lessons: It is important to me, during the lessons, to come into a harmonious "flow". Breath and movements are deliberately synchronized. Because of that it is possible to immerse yourself more and more in the perception of your own body and to arrive fully in the here and now. The movements are fluid, varied and build up strength, stamina and mindfulness. The focus is on precise execution of the various asanas and the fluid transition from position to position. It creates a creative flow of movement that can create a meditative state. The morning hours are Yang-Oriented and inspiring to start the day with momentum and motivation. The evening hours are Yin-Oriented and Regenerating to calm the body and mind.
